In March 2016, Tucker Burge joined Dodson Gregory. Tucker Burge joined Dodson Gregory in March of 2016. Prior to Dodson Gregory, Tucker practiced at a local litigation firm and successfully defended his clients in a wide range of civil matters. He has a civil litigation practice focused primarily on insurance coverage disputes, products liability, personal injury, and appellate litigation.
Tucker earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he served as a Senior Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and was a two-time Scholar of Merit recipient. From 2011 through 2013, Tucker served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Sharon L. Blackburn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Tucker received his B.A., cum laude, in History from the University of Georgia.
Tucker is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama. He is a member of the American and Birmingham Bar Association.
A Birmingham native, Tucker comes from a family of lawyers. Outside of the office, Tucker spends his time with his wife, Angie, and coaches youth basketball.
